It's OK to change your mind.
NZ Watch Store proudly offers no-hassle return policy on all orders. So if you bought something from NZ Watch Store and is not 200% satisfied with the item, you can ask for return and we promise , we won't ask "WHY" and no paperwork of course ! Now that's what we call it Hassle free. Any return must meet 3 simple requirements:
2. Product return request should be sent to us within 5 days of receiving product
3. The original manufacturer packaging and materials must be returned in their original condition.
REFUND POLICYPlease note any return is subject to approval when all the above stated requirements are fulfilled . When your return is received and accepted, Store credit will be issued less 15% of product price as Restocking fee. Store credit can be used towards any other item listed on the website (including sale items).

Changed your mind after placing an order or did you find something better ? No worries, just let us know within 4 (Four) hours of placing an order and we'll change or refund your order for no additional charge. However, if you decide to change your order after this time frame, we consider it as a return and any refund (or change) will be issued less 15% of product price as Restocking fee. If you are looking to change your order to something else, please do let us know as soon as possible and we might be able to change your order without any additional charge but this cannot be guaranteed after 4 hour limit.
